- You can pick up the shipment from our store at the Israeli Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan.
during openning hours and By an appointment.

Insured door-to-door delivery.

- Local deliveries in Israel are sent all over the country (Where The Israel Postal Services Delivers)
The shipment usualy arrives up to 3 business days from the date of shipment.

- Shipment delivery time does not include the requierd production time of an item.

International Shipments

- Shipment delivery time does not include the requierd production time of an item.

- once your product is ready to ship We offer free International Fully insured shipping With FedEx or DHL. 

- International Order usualy delivered within 3-5 business days from day of shipment. Once a shipment is made, Client will be notified and a trecking number will be sent.

- it is customer's responsibility to take care of payments for any local duties and taxes in their country, pleease make sure to check and understand your country's rules regarding importing fine jewelry before making an order.

- Israel has free trade agreement with EU,  US, Canada & the UK so for orders to those countries customs would not be charged. 

Production

- Most of Our jewelry are made to order, unless mentioned otherwise, production time for a custom made product ranges from 7 to 21 business days, as soon as a product is ready to ship or for a pick up, client will be notified.

- Ready to ship (in stock) Products will be shiped or ready for pick up 2 business days after payment has been  received.
