Returns and cancellations

We want you to be confident in your purchase. To request a return, cancellation or help with an item that arrived damaged or different from your order, contact leshem@leshemsjewelry.com or +972 52-650-8189. Include your order number if available. We will provide return instructions and handle refunds in accordance with applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.

Custom orders: An item genuinely made to your individual specifications, such as a commissioned design or personalized engraving, may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation where applicable law permits. We will identify such orders before accepting them. Making a standard catalog design after an order is placed does not, by itself, make it a custom order. Rights relating to defects or failure to supply remain unaffected.

Purchases governed by Israeli consumer law: A standard item bought online or by phone can generally be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the item or the written transaction details, whichever is later. Where the law permits a change-of-mind cancellation fee, it will not exceed the lower of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100. We will not charge a cancellation fee for a defect, late delivery or an item that does not match the order. You may give notice of cancellation by any method required by law.

Jewelry purchased in person at our studio: Different cancellation rules apply. Under the Israeli cancellation regulations, the change-of-mind cancellation right for jewelry other than watches generally applies only when the price paid does not exceed ₪3,000, subject to a two-day period and the other conditions in those regulations. This ₪3,000 limit does not remove rights that may apply to online or telephone purchases.
